writes:
We are residents in the Mooiplaats
area, and enjoy going to Bronberg
Lodge. Their food is always good but
we won?t deliver comment about their
service.
All I actually want to say is . . . its? a pity
they have done so much effort with
the upgrade, and make the place look
really stunning, but it?s sad that you
have to wait one hour and 45 minutes
for four steaks to be prepared and
there are no other guests having
dinner.
The manager, I think it was Faan or
Hans, stopped to ask if everything was
okay, but before we could answer him
his phone rang and he left, never to
return.
Bronberg Lodge, we really like your
food but don?t want to sit and wait
that long. Especially if there are not
other patrons who have ordered dinner.
Maybe the developer should try to
upgrade the kitchen staff and management
of the restaurant.
The owners of the Bronberg Wynlandgoed
apologise for any inconvenience
caused by the recent upgrading.
According to them the revamping of the
kitchen has now been completed, and
things should run smoothly in future.
