I am writing this letter on behalf of residents of Tshwane East to Stephen Brooks from Balwin Properties about the Mooikloof Mega City project:

We kindly request that the team of MP’s come to us as beneficiaries of ward 91, because it’s unfair for the president to start and finish at Mooikloof. They should have started with us.

As community members from wards 101, 91 and 100 we should all be beneficiaries of such projects, but we stay unemployed. We are not against the development by Balwin, but we are not happy about their ignorance. What we need is our piece of cake and share of the Balwin project on 210 hectares, which is not representative of the community.
