Two local business robbers were found guilty and received prison sentences on 28 October thanks to the investigative skills of Cullinan police officer, sergeant Thabo Chipa.
The office of Cullinan’s station commander sent out a statement applauding sergeant Chipa for the presentation of evidence to the court of law, on a case of a business robbery and a robbery with aggravating circumstances, which led to the sentencing of the 24 year old Thato Lebepe and the 27 year old Koketso Ntuli.
They were sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment and declared unfit to possess a firearm in terms of section 103 (1)(g) Act 60 of 2000. |
